- Key Responsibilities
- 🎯 Strategy & PlanningCreate and execute a monthly social media content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaign launches.
- Research latest trends in jewellery, fashion, and e-commerce to drive fresh and relevant content.
- ✍️ Content CreationWrite catchy captions, design graphics, and plan visuals for posts.
- Coordinate with photographers or graphic designers for high-quality photo/video content (e.g., product shoots, Reels, carousels).
- Develop content tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp Business).
- 📣 Community ManagementRespond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and trends to improve engagement and brand sentiment.
- Build relationships with customers and brand advocates.
- 📊 Performance MonitoringTrack and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Optimize campaigns based on analytics and trends.
- 🤝 CollaborationCoordinate with the sales, product, design, and operations teams for campaign alignment.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach.
- 📈 Paid Advertising SupportAssist in planning, running, and optimizing paid social media campaigns (Ads Manager).
- Monitor ad performance and recommend improvements.
