We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Handler cum Back Office Executive who can manage our daily online presence through posting and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, YouTube, etc.)
• Assist the Digital Marketing Person in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos.
• Write attractive captions, hashtags, and short promotional content
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly
• Track performance, insights, reach, and engagement metrics
• Stay updated with social media trends, reels ideas, and algorithm changes
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Handle data entry, record maintenance, and documentation
• Maintain customer details, bookings, and follow-up records
• Support the sales and operations team with daily office tasks
• Handle emails, WhatsApp communication, and basic customer support
• Assist in billing, invoicing, and report preparation
• Ensure smooth coordination between the front office and management

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Handler / Executive
• Good knowledge of Instagram & Facebook marketing
• Basic graphic designing and video editing skills
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Gujarati is a plus)
• Creativity, consistency, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proven experience in social media handling and office administration
• Knowledge of Instagram & Facebook marketing
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
