Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and highly organized Social Media Manager to oversee our social media strategy across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing online communities, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand awareness and engagement.

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, events, and promotions.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, competitor activity, and audience interactions.
• Manage and grow online communities—responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
• Use analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance and generate reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Work with influencers and partners to execute influencer marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Manage social media ad campaigns and budgets when required.
