Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and qualify new leads through online research, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and

inbound inquiries.

 Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and pain points.

 Schedule and deliver online product demos, highlighting how Effezient Pro addresses

client challenges.

 Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel — from demo to

closure.


 Maintain and update lead data in the CRM with proper notes and follow-up actions.

 Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation efforts.

 Meet or exceed monthly targets for demos, qualified leads, and conversions.


Required Skills & Qualifications

 2–3 years of experience in software sales, B2B lead generation, or SaaS product

promotion.

 Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Hindi or regional language is a

plus).

 Good understanding of CRM or ERP solutions and business workflows.

 Hands-on experience with lead management and CRM tools.

 Ability to understand client requirements and explain software benefits effectively.

 Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.


Preferred:

 Prior experience in selling CRM, HRMS, ERP, or SaaS products.

 Experience conducting product demos via Google Meet, Zoom, or similar platforms.

 Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and automation tools.
