Job Description:

We are looking for a Software Support Executive who can provide technical and functional support to our clients for software-related queries.

1. Common Responsibilities (Male & Female)

• Call clients and provide software support.
• Take remote access using tools like AnyDesk or similar.
• Assist clients with:
• Report generation
• Data entry
• Day-to-day software usage, etc.
• Understand client issues and resolve them over phone or remote support.
• Provide clear guidance and maintain polite communication with clients.
• Maintain basic records of support calls and issues.

2. Female Candidate – Additional Details:

• Office-based role only.
• Client support will be provided via phone and remote access.
• No field visit required.

3. Male Candidate – Additional Details:

• Office-based support plus client site visits when required.
• Must visit client locations for on-site software support.
• Bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
• Petrol/field visit support will be as per company policy.

4. Training & Eligibility:

• Complete support training will be provided by the company.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
