Job Description
Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager (Solar EPC)
Location: Surat & Bhavnagar, Gujarat
Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical + MBA (Marketing/Sales)
Industry Preference: Solar / Renewable Energy (Preferred)
Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and performance)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager for our Solar EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, client acquisition, and business development in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects (residential rooftop and industrial Groundmounted).
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through various channels such as field visits, references, digital platforms, and networking
• Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities in solar EPC projects
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement analysis
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical solutions to clients
• Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for smooth execution
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote solar solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain proper reporting of leads, pipeline, and closures
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of sales and marketing concepts
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of solar systems (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy industry will be highly preferred
• Proven track record in sales and lead generation
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
• Self-motivated and target-driven
