Job Description
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions on spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Train students in public speaking, group discussions, and interview preparation.
- Conduct personality development and confidence-building sessions.
- Improve students’ accent, fluency, and vocabulary for international communication.
- Prepare students for aviation industry standards and customer interaction scenarios.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback and improvement plans.
- Conduct mock interviews, role plays, and communication exercises.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the academic and placement team for student development.
