Job Description
Quotation Follow-up & Prepare Comparison Sheet – Export.
· Follow Up for Shipment export with FGS & Dispatch Team.
· Follow Up for Customs clearance.
· Collect, Process and passed post shipment docs to Finance.
· Maintain Export Tracking File in excel.
· Submit KYC a different Service Provider.
· Maintain Filling- EXIM.
· Outstanding Payment follow up and Co-Ordination between Service Provider & Finance- EXIM.
· Maintain RODTEP file in excel.
· Submit post export shipment docs to DMC department.
