Core Responsibilities

• Package Sorting & Processing: Unloading delivery vehicles, scanning packages, and sorting them into specific routes based on zip codes or delivery areas.
• Inventory Management: Organizing stock within the station, tracking delivery performance, and managing returned customer packages.
• Staging & Loading: Preparing "pallets" or delivery bags for drivers and helping load them into vans to ensure on-time departures.

• Operations Support: Coordinating daily with delivery associates (drivers) and sometimes handling cash collections or customer inquiries directly. 

Key Requirements & Skills

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy packages (often up to 15-20 kg).
• Technical Basics: Familiarity with handheld scanners and basic computer systems for tracking inventory.
• Education: Generally requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent (SSC/SSLC).
• Soft Skills: Clear communication for team coordination and a strong focus on safety and accuracy. 

Work Environment

• Location: Mostly climate-controlled warehouses or delivery hubs.
• Shifts: Often includes early morning, night, or weekend shifts to meet delivery deadlines.
