1. Food Assembly & Preparation

Assemble food items (wraps, bowls, sandwiches, etc.) as per recipes and brand standards.

Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during peak hours.

Ensure proper portioning, garnishing, and presentation of food.

Support kitchen team in prep tasks (cutting, chopping, marination, etc.).

Demonstrate willingness to learn kitchen hygiene, safety practices, and new recipes.

2. Hygiene, Safety & Cleanliness

Follow food safety, hygiene, and QSR compliance standards at all times.

Keep workstation clean, sanitized, and organized.

Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly.

Assist with waste segregation, garbage disposal, and maintaining cleanliness across the café.

3. Packaging & Dispatch

Pack orders neatly as per brand standards.

Check order accuracy before dispatch.

Maintain adequate stock levels of packaging material.

Liaise with delivery apps and partners for smooth coordination.

Manage order pickups and ensure timely handover to delivery partners.

4. Customer Service & POS Operations

Operate POS system for billing, order processing, and payments (cash & digital).

Handle customer feedback politely and escalate issues when required.

Support cashier operations during rush hours.

5. Teamwork & Support

Assist both kitchen and service teams when required.

Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Demonstrate a positive and learning-oriented attitude
