Store Incharge

Job Purpose:

To manage the complete store operations including material receipt, storage, stock maintenance, and dispatch of electrical materials while ensuring accurate inventory and systematic record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain proper stock records of all electrical materials.

Check and verify materials received from suppliers.

Ensure systematic storage and proper labeling of products.

Prepare and dispatch materials as per sales orders or project requirements.

Maintain inward and outward stock registers.

Conduct regular stock verification and report shortages or damages.

Coordinate with purchase, sales, and accounts teams for smooth operations.

Qualification:

12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience:

2–5 years experience in store or inventory management (Electrical / Hardware industry preferred).

Skills Required:

Basic computer knowledge, inventory management skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain organized records.
