Key Responsibilities

* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices

* Maintain accurate records of stock inwards and outwards

* Ensure proper storage of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods

* Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages or excess inventory

* Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies

* Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch departments

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
