Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:


1.    Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process

·      Understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.

·      Post job openings on various platforms.

·      Screen applications and shortlist candidates.

·      Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.

·      Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

 

 

2.    Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Management

·      Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

·      Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

3.    Stakeholder Management

·      Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team goals.

·      Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment status and challenges.

·      Offer advice on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices.

4.    Candidate Experience Management

·      Ensure timely communication with candidates at all stages.

·      Create a positive and professional candidate experience.

·      Provide feedback to candidates after interviews.

5.    Data Management and Reporting

·      Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

·      Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate.

·      Prepare and present recruitment reports to management.

6.    Offer Management and Onboarding Coordination

·      Facilitate salary discussions and job offers.

Coordinate pre-joining formalities and facilitate smooth onboarding.


Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with ATS and sourcing techniques.
  • Previous experience in the same field is required. 

Skills:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
