Job Description

  • Enter day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, Contra, Journal).
  • Maintain and update ledgers, stock records, and voucher entries.
  • Assist in preparing GST data, purchase/sales registers, and other monthly reports.
  • Support in bank reconciliation and vendor/customer reconciliation.
  • Record petty cash expenses and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assist the senior accountant during audits and monthly closing.
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, and accounting documents.
  • Required Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of Tally ERP (required)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data
  • Good communication & record-keeping skills
  • Qualifications:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Commerce preferred).
  • Must have completed Tally ERP / Tally Prime course.
  • Fresher or up to 2 years of experience can apply.
