Zuup is multi brand outlet (MBO) high-energy, youth-focused brand by Red Chief. We’re looking for a sharp, style-conscious Team Lead to drive our Surat store to the top.
- Your MissionLead the Crew: Mentor and motivate sales associates to deliver peak performance.
- Drive Sales: Smash daily/monthly targets and track store KPIs.
- Store Standards: Manage visual merchandising, inventory, and floor operations.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every shopper gets a premium, high-energy experience.
- The EssentialsExperience: 2+ years in retail (Fashion/Footwear), with prior supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong communication (Hindi/Gujarati), leadership, and basic tech/POS savvy.
