Job Description
Job Description:We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Receive inbound customer calls
- Explain company services clearly to customers
- Generate leads and handle follow-ups
- Maintain customer call records
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner
- Achieve daily call targets
- Maintain polite and positive communication
- Required Skills:Good communication skills
- Fluency in Gujarati & Hindi (English is an advantage)
- Convincing and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and confidence
- Job Details:Job Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Location: 224, Silver Trade Center, Utran, Mota Varachha, Surat
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
- Eligibility:Minimum 10th / 12th pass
