• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
• Maintain accurate call records and customer details
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Provide basic customer support and resolve queries
• Skills Required:Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of telecalling / customer handling
• Ability to work with targets
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
