Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and explaining our products/services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers

Explain products/services and generate interest

Follow up with leads and maintain customer database

Handle customer queries professionally

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Update CRM and maintain call records

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Local language)

Basic computer knowledge

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred
