 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers

• Understand product offerings and pitch to potential clients

• Maintain accurate records using Excel and CRM tools

• Build and nurture client relationships

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong command over MS Excel

• Experience with CRM software
