Job Description
We are hiring a Tele Caller – Order Verification Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to call customers and verify the orders placed on our online portal.
The candidate will be responsible for confirming order details such as product information, delivery address, contact number, and payment mode (COD / Online).
- Make outbound calls to customers for order verification
- Confirm product details, quantity, address, and contact information
- Verify Cash on Delivery (COD) or payment confirmation
- Identify and report incorrect or fake orders
