Job Description
Season Samrat is hiring – Telecaller & Customer Support Executive (Female)
We are looking for a female candidate to join our team at Katargam, Surat. The candidate will be responsible for calling clients, following up on leads, and assisting customers in the shop. Basic training will be provided, so no need to worry if you are new.
The working hours are 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off. The starting salary is ₹10,000 per month, and good communication skills are a must.
The candidate should be at least 12th pass, with basic computer knowledge (MS Excel). You should be comfortable communicating in Gujarati, Hindi, and English, and the age should be 18–30 years.
You will also promote and explain our products, including Kitchen Chimneys, Gas Geysers, RO Water Purifiers, Solar Water Heaters, Vacuum Cleaners, and Smart Pumps.
