Job Description
Experienced Telecaller (Healthcare)We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to handle patient inquiries mainly through WhatsApp and phone calls, and convince patients to visit the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle WhatsApp and call inquiries
- Explain hospital services and doctor availability
- Convert inquiries into hospital visits and appointments
- Do follow-up calls and maintain basic records
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of telecalling experience (healthcare preferred)
- Good communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi
- Confident, polite, and patient-friendly nature
- Basic computer & WhatsApp handling skills
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
- Higher conversions = higher earnings
