TelecallerWe are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller to join our team. The primary role is to make outbound/inbound calls, communicate with customers professionally, and support sales/service goals.

• ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries
• Explain products/services clearly to customers
• Generate leads and follow-up with interested customers
• Maintain call logs, leads data, and daily reports
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Meet call and conversion targets set by the company
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures
• RequirementsMinimum education: PUC / Graduate
• Good communication skills in local language & basic English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry preferred)
• Confident and polite telephone etiquette
• Freshers or candidates with telecalling experience both can apply
