Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers using the provided database
- Explain company products/services clearly on call
- Understand customer needs and answer basic questions
- Generate leads and schedule demos / follow-ups
- Update call details and customer responses in CRM
- Follow daily calling targets and reporting process
- Coordinate with sales team for interested leads
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally

- Basic English speaking and understanding (simple words, not fluent)
- Confident voice and clear speech
- Ability to convince customers politely
