We are looking for a responsible and confident Telecaller to join our team at Advance Dental Export.

Responsibilities:

• Make follow-up calls to clients regarding pending payments
• Politely remind customers about outstanding dues
• Maintain accurate records of calls and payment status
• Coordinate with accounts and sales team
• Ensure timely collection through regular follow-ups

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to handle payment-related conversations professionally
• Basic computer knowledge
• Patience and strong follow-up skills
• Experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
