Job Title:

Telecaller Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month Job Type: Full-time (In person) Job Description: We are hiring a dedicated Telecaller to handle outbound calls, generate leads, and schedule meetings for the business development team. The role requires good communication skills, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to meet daily targets.

Key Responsibilities:

 Make 60+ connected calls daily to potential clients.

 Explain company services clearly and generate qualified leads.

 Schedule 3+ client meetings per day for the sales team.

 Maintain accurate call logs, lead sheets, and follow-up records.

 Ensure timely follow-ups and strong client communication.

 Coordinate with sales and admin teams for smooth meeting execution.

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Skills Required:

 Good communication (Hindi/English).

 Confident and persuasive calling style.

 Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets).

 Target-driven and disciplined.
