Telecaller

• Role Overview

We are looking for a clear-spoken, empathetic, and organized Telecaller to join our Dental Hospital’s back-office team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping them schedule appointments and providing information about our dental Treatment.

• Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to provide information about our treatment,
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally,
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details,
• Schedule appointments or meetings as required, etc.
