Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products/services

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally

• Explain product details and offers clearly to customers

• Generate and maintain leads and follow up regularly

• Record call details, customer responses, and feedback accurately

• Maintain daily call and follow-up reports

• Coordinate with sales and support teams for lead conversion

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills, Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach, Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email)
