Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecounsellor to join our team. The role involves providing guidance to prospective students about our courses, resolving queries, and driving admissions through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students or parents.

 Provide detailed information about the institute's courses and services.

 Identify students' needs and recommend suitable programs.

 Follow up with leads to encourage course enrollment.

 Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the database.

 Achieve daily/weekly call and admission targets.

 Collaborate with the admission team to optimize the enrollment process. Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Education: Graduate or undergraduate in any field.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telesales or telecalling is required.

Skills Required:

● Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

● Active listening skills to understand and address student needs effectively.

● Basic proficiency in computer operations.

● Pleasant voice and clear vocals for telephonic interactions.
