Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Job Title: Tele CallerJob Description:

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Tele Callers to handle customer calls, promote products/services, and provide excellent customer support. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, fixing appointments, and achieving call targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls from customers
• Explain company products and services clearly
• Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
• Maintain call records and customer information
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets
• Build good relationships with customers
• Coordinate with team and supervisors

• Ability to convince and handle customers
• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work under targets

Experience & Education:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
