Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

We are looking for a Telecaller cum computer operator who will be responsible for calling candidates, understanding their specific job requirements, and coordinating active vacancies through WhatsApp groups.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Call candidates to understand their job preferences, such as: Job role,Location, Salary expectations, Experience & qualification
• Maintain and update candidate requirement details accurately.
• Share active job vacancies with candidates.
• Match candidate requirements with live/active vacancies.
• Follow up with interested candidates and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
• Ensure timely communication and professional interaction with candidates.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Graduate / HSC (preferred)
• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language)
• Comfortable with calling & WhatsApp coordination
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR calling is an advantage
• Ability to handle multiple candidates and vacancies
• Basic computer & smartphone skills
