Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries.
• Explain course offerings, features, and benefits clearly and effectively.
• Maintain a database of student information and follow-up activities.
• Schedule counseling sessions or demos for interested candidates.
• Handle incoming calls and resolve basic queries related to IT courses, certifications, fees, etc.
• Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
• Provide accurate information and maintain a professional tone in all communications.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Gujarati
• Basic understanding of IT/technology-related terms and courses (preferred).
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong listening and persuasive skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
