Telecaller (English & Hindi)

Job Description:We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller who has excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, assisting them with product information, and converting leads into sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Explain products and offers clearly to customers
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales
• Maintain customer data and update records
• Resolve customer queries politely
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Requirements:Female candidate only
• Minimum 1 year experience as Telecaller / Customer Support / Sales
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confident, polite, and convincing personality
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• Experience in ecommerce or cosmetic industry is a plus
