Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Surat

Gender Preference: Female candidates only

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

• Job Responsibilities:Call prospective clients and provide information about projects
• Generate and follow up on leads and site visit inquiries
• Maintain accurate call records and update client information
• Handle customer queries professionally and courteously
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
• Ensure timely follow-up with interested clients
• Maintain daily calling reports and lead status
• Candidate Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or local language
• Ability to convince and build rapport with clients
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems (preferred)
• Positive attitude with strong follow-up skills
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
