Telecalling Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Female Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be excellent at communication, strong in follow-ups, and skilled in handling client relationships with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain daily call logs, follow-up sheets, and reports in Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth communication and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills (polite, confident & clear).
• Strong follow-up ability and customer relationship management.
• Basic to moderate Excel proficiency.
• Positive attitude, disciplined work style, and sales-driven mindset.
• Female candidates only.

Salary:

• ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience & skills.
