Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for personal, home, car, and business loans through field visits, networking, and digital channels.
• Conduct customer meetings, assess loan eligibility, and submit complete documentation.
• Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursals (₹50 Lakh+).
• Build relationships with clients, builders, and corporate partners.
• Follow up on applications via CIBIL checks, EMI calculations, and approvals.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in loan sales, banking, or DSA roles (freshers with strong networks welcome).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
• Own two-wheeler and smartphone for field work.
• Knowledge of loan products, CIBIL scores, and EMI structures preferred.
• Target-oriented with a valid Aadhaar and PAN.
