Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain company products/services clearly and answer customer queries.

• Maintain call records and customer details in the system.

• Follow up with interested customers and generate leads.

• Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and professionally.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Experience in telecalling/customer service/sales (preferred but not mandatory).

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.

• Candidates within 10–12 km from Adajan preferred.
