Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our solar products and services, and generating leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing
• Generate interest and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the field sales team
• Maintain customer database and update call records
• Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
• Handle basic customer queries courteously and professionally

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English is a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage preferred)
• Positive attitude, confidence, and persistence
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
