Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in a growing 3D printing filament manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting our filament products, generating leads, and supporting sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers including 3D printing businesses, distributors, and hobbyists.
  • Explain product features, specifications, and benefits of our 3D printing filaments (PLA, ABS, PETG, etc.).
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and previous interactions.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order processing and delivery updates.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to sales goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles.
  • Ability to learn technical product knowledge (3D printing materials).
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, technical products, or B2B sales.
  • Interest or basic knowledge of 3D printing technology.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position (office-based/remote depending on company policy).
  • Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
