💰 Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary

Weekly Incentives

₹15,000 – ₹22,000

₹2,000 – ₹6,000

Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential clients who have downloaded the Adkrity application

Clearly explain company services and digital advertising solutions in a compelling way

Qualify leads, handle objections, and close sales confidently

Build strong rapport with prospects and maintain consistent follow-ups

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a related sales role

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and positive attitude

Ability to handle rejection gracefully and bounce back with energy

Basic understanding of digital marketing or social media advertising is a plus

Fluency in Hindi/Gujarati; knowledge of English is an advantage
