Telecalling Executive

Job Description:We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers

Receive inbound customer calls

Explain company services clearly to customers

Generate leads and handle follow-ups

Maintain customer call records

Handle customer queries in a professional manner

Achieve daily call targets

Maintain polite and positive communication

Required Skills:Good communication skills

Fluency in Gujarati & Hindi (English is an advantage)

Convincing and customer handling skills

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and confidence

Job Details:Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Location: 224, Silver Trade Center, Utran, Mota Varachha, Surat

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Eligibility:Minimum 10th / 12th pass

Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
