Telecaller Job DescriptionPosition: Telecaller
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information
- Maintain call records and update the system
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues
- Follow up with leads to convert them into sales
- Work with the team to achieve targets
- Required SkillsGood communication skills (English / Hindi / Regional language)
- Ability to speak clearly and confidently over the phone
