Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Order Confirmation Executive to verify online orders via calls and build strong customer relationships to drive repeat purchases. The role involves interacting with customers, ensuring order accuracy, and enhancing overall customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Call customers to confirm orders placed on the website
• Verify order details, address, and payment method (COD/prepaid)
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Encourage repeat orders and upsell/cross-sell products when relevant
• Follow up with customers for feedback and future purchases
