Telecalling Executive (Female)

We’re looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our growing team and play a key role in student engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce study abroad opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Provide accurate information about available courses, universities, and admission procedures.
• Schedule counseling appointments for interested students with senior counselors.
• Maintain and update student databases and call records.
• Support the marketing and counseling teams in achieving enrollment targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an advantage).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to engage in meaningful conversations.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or the education industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
