Job Description

Nirmita Textile is looking for a dynamic Telecaller & Sales Executive to manage digital lead generation, maintain our B2B online presence (IndiaMART, etc.), and drive sales through proactive cold calling and messaging.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and capture potential B2B leads from the web and social media platforms.
  • B2B Management: Upload high-quality product photos and manage listings on IndiaMART and other B2B marketplaces.
  • Active Outreach: Execute cold calls, cold WhatsApp outreach, and professional messaging to convert prospects.
  • Inquiry Handling: Professionally manage all incoming calls and customer queries to ensure high conversion rates.
