Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive (Female)

Job Location: Office-based

Working Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Week Off: As per company policy

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound and inbound calls to customers/leads for product inquiries and sales.

Handle customer queries related to products, pricing, availability, and order status.

Coordinate with clients regularly and maintain healthy customer relationships.

Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate sales.

Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and client interactions.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer updates.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.

Achieve daily/weekly sales and call targets.

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred.

Experience in telesales, telecalling, or client coordination (preferred).

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).

Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.

Basic knowledge of CRM or call management is an advantage.

Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
