Rich Loans is a trusted loan consultancy firm with 15+ years of experience in offering a wide range of financial solutions including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Working Capital, CC/OD, Vehicle Loans, and Insurance. We are expanding and seeking energetic tele-sales professionals to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for various loan products.
• Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable loan options.
• Explain product features, documentation process, and eligibility criteria.
• Generate leads through cold calling and follow-up with interested customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with banks and internal teams for loan processing.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships.

Skills & Requirements:-

• 6 months – 2 years experience in tele-sales or customer service (Loan industry preferred).
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with ability to handle pressure.
• Knowledge of loan products and documentation process is a plus.
• Proficient in Gujarati & Hindi; Basic English preferred.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
