Telesales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. You will play a key role in building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales.
• Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
• Follow up with leads, existing clients, and prospective customers.
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business.
• Handle objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
• Report daily/weekly sales activities to the manager.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a telesales representative, telecaller, or similar role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Good command of English/Hindi/
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
