Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Officer – Sales who can manage key accounts while driving sales through tele-calling and digital follow-ups. The role requires handling the complete sales funnel, executing marketing initiatives, generating and closing leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction—all while meeting assigned sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Tele Sales

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospects and existing customers
  • Manage the end-to-end sales funnel (lead → follow-up → closure → post-sales support)
  • Generate leads through tele-calling, referrals, campaigns, and database mining
  • Ensure timely lead conversion and deal closure
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and fulfillment

Marketing & Strategy Execution

  • Support and execute marketing strategies at account and campaign level
  • Devise tele-marketing and digital outreach plans
  • Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitor intelligence
  • Assist in promotional campaigns and product awareness initiatives


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in sales and inside sales
  • Solid understanding of sales funnel handling
  • Ability to devise and execute marketing strategies
  • Proven skills in lead generation and closure
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and query-handling skills
  • Target-driven mindset with good negotiation ability
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Key Account Management

Experience in agritech, FMCG, rural markets, or B2B/B2C sales is an added advantage
