Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller to handle lead calls, qualify potential clients, and schedule consultations for our hair transplant services. You will manage CRM updates, follow up with leads, assist with consultation bookings (free/paid), and coordinate with the finance team on payment issues.

Key Responsibilities:Call and qualify leads from CRM (based on age, financial status, location).Schedule consultations (online/offline) and follow priority lists.Handle missed calls, messages, and payment-related follow-ups.Maintain CRM data accuracy and daily reporting.Use WhatsApp and call scripts from the CRM only.

Requirements:Good communication skills in English & regional language.Tech SavyPatient, persuasive, and organized.
